What we look for.
Income
Gross monthly income of 3 times the monthly rent, depending on the property.
Credit
A minimum credit score, which varies by property. Applicants with no credit history may still qualify. Medical debt, student loans and paid collections are not counted against you.
Rental history
A good rental history over the past 5 years. Applicants without a rental history may still qualify.
Evictions
No evictions in the past 5 years and no balance owed to a previous landlord.
Some applicants who don't meet every requirement may still be approved with conditions, such as a larger security deposit.
We accept Co-Sign.
We partner with Co-Sign, a service that can act as a guarantor on your lease — helping applicants who've had credit challenges still get approved for an apartment.
