Yes! We are in a partnership with Atrium and Novant, offering one month free on new leases to those who show us proof of employment. CaroMont employees also receive one month free.
Yes – EMTs, firefighters, paramedics, police, and teachers receive one month free at any of Kinley Residential’s properties except for those in Concord and Shelby. The special is only applicable for new leases and you must be fully approved. We will need proof of current employment (paystubs or a letter from your employer).
Yes – No full or mixed breeds of Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, or Wolf/Hybrids allowed. Maximum 2 pets per apartment.
You can pay your security deposit by cashier’s check or money order.
Our rental requirements may vary depending on the location, most locations require a minimum credit score of 550 and all locations require at least three times the monthly rent to income.
You will need to fill out our online application and provide your government issued ID, as well as your proof of income such as last month’s paystubs, bank statement, etc.
